Developed by F. Valentin Construction Corporation, a Pinoy-based general contracting company, it has long been committed in constructing and refurbishing spaces in response to the evolving needs of Filipino consumers.

Echoing Pinoy pride and identity, we reflected the fusion of "Bahay Kubo" and its interior and exterior modern adaptations.

Brio de Agoho offers Fractional Ownership. One can be a shareholder by purchasing a preferred share. There is no share limit. As long as there are available shares to buy, however, the maximum number of shares we sell is only 1,500, for the entire Brio de Agoho Phase 1.
